The third option is to get a junk removal company to clear the rubbish for you. Depending on what you are looking to dispose of, this may be a convenient option.

All you need to do is called the junk removal company. They will come to your property. You will instruct them to clear the various items and they will give you a quote on the spot.

They will clear everything immediately. And take this away for disposal. A few things to remember when you are instructing a junk removal company is to ensure that they have a waste carriers’ licence and they are disposing of everything correctly. It is illegal to use a company without a waste carriers licence. And if they are caught fly-tipping your rubbish, then you could personally be liable.

Most junk removal companies will charge by the half or full truckload. So, it is worth clarifying exactly what the charges are before you instruct them to go ahead. You do not want any surprises once everything has been cleared.
Be prepared to pay for this there and then. Also, ask with the junk removal company takes card payments and they have the ability to take the payment while they are at your property. All good junk removal companies will also clear up after themselves making sure the area is clean and tidy before they leave.
